This policy explains what information Roex Design (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit this website or contact us, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. Our mobile app has its own App Privacy Policy.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

Contact and quote forms: your name, email address, phone number and country, the services you are interested in, your message or project brief, and any files you upload.
Job applications: your name, contact details, the role you apply for, and your CV or portfolio.
Email and phone: anything you send us directly.

Information collected automatically

Technical data such as your IP address, browser, device type and the pages you visit.
Your approximate country, worked out from your IP address, so we can show the right regional details.
Analytics and advertising data, only if you accept cookies (see section 3).

2. How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and deliver our services.
To review job applications.
To keep the website secure and stop spam, for example with a captcha check on our forms.
To understand how the website is used and improve it.
To measure our advertising, only with your consent.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies keep the website working, for example to protect forms and remember your cookie choice. These are always on.

With your consent, we also use:

Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to measure visits and page use.
Microsoft Clarity to see how pages are used, for example clicks and scrolling.
Google Ads and Meta Pixel to measure and improve our advertising.

You can accept or decline these in the cookie banner. To change your choice later, clear this site’s cookies in your browser and the banner will appear again.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the website and our business, and only as much as they need:

Hosting and file storage providers.
Our email provider, so enquiries reach our team.
Our CRM system, where enquiries are recorded so we can follow up.
Google reCAPTCHA, if enabled, to check that form submissions come from people.
The analytics and advertising services listed in section 3, only with your consent.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and quote requests for as long as needed to respond and to manage any work that follows, and job applications for as long as needed to fill the role. After that, we delete the information or make it anonymous, unless we must keep it by law.

6. Security

This website uses HTTPS encryption, and access to submitted information is limited to our team. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

see the personal information we hold about you,
correct or delete it,
object to or limit how we use it, and
withdraw consent at any time.
